Jaguar Clearwater Service

Legendary service? far from it. Probably could’ve gotten better experience from a local Indie mechanic. I scheduled the appointment to do an oil change, and get a panel inside my car checked out since it had cracked. While driving to the dealership, I had an airbag warning light come on. I arrived to the service bay and met with Rob. I mentioned my airbag light had come on during my drive down and asked if they could see what was going on. He immediately responded that I would have to leave my car overnight that there was no time for diagnostics today; but they would do a 360 inspection of my car for any issues while doing the oil change. Which confused me because you would think the airbag system would be part of a “complete car inspection”. Was told if you leave the car overnight, there was no option for a loaner vehicle or a cab. Declined the overnight, said I would come back another day to get it checked out. Was told the oil change would take around three hours, said I was going to pick up lunch while I waited somewhere nearby. They do not offer any drivers or rideshare services for their clients. Gave an extra star because I suppose the oil change was standard and went fi

My experience with Dimmit's service department was exceptional. Robert Gordon provided outstanding assistance when I faced a sudden battery issue at 4 pm on a Friday. He promptly arranged for a tow truck to jump-start my vehicle, allowing me to drive my car to the dealership for service before 6:30 pm. Upon arrival, Robert had a rental vehicle ready and ensured that I was not left without transportation over the weekend. This level of service is exemplary/ First class! I've been a Land Rover customer since 2012, and if a six-star rating were available, Robert Gordon at Dimmit Land Rover would certainly receive it!

I had a wonderful experience at Jaguar Clearwater Service with Rob Gordon handling my recent service on my Range Rover. He worked diligently to resolve my issue and kept communication open during the process. Highly recommend Rob for any service needs at Jaguar Clearwater!

Rob Gordon, in Service, always takes good care of me! I've been coming to Dimmitt Land Rover for over 20 years and I've never had a problem. I'm always taken care of on every visit. And everyone is so friendly that I feel right at home and can't imagine going anywhere else! Plus Rob always asks me about my dogs! :) I love Rovers but even if I had a different vehicle I'd still want to come here for service! LOL

Rob Gordon was so nice and helpful as always. He was able to get me a loaner car and everything was fixed correctly and my car was cleaner than when I dropped it off. I really appreciate the great communication and responsiveness. Thanks! Monica Morris.
